This is the cover placed in the Nissin motocross brake calipers, which must be unscrewed to access the plug of the pads.
Sometimes dirt and wear can make this operation difficult, which is why there are modified brake pins in the head which are operated with a simple 8mm wrench. and is no longer used & ugrave; the lid.
