Guarantees
  • All products sold by PONZIRACING.COM are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee and the 12-month which covers defects or faulty goods, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05. To benefit from guarantee service, Customers must keep the invoice or receipt found within the package.
    Making use of the Guarantee may involve requesting assistance from authorised service centres in Italy and/or following the procedures explained in the documentation inside the product packaging.
  • The conventional manufacturer’s guarantee is provided in the manner described in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s conventional guarantee, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and repair costs requested by the Authorised Service Centre, as well as transport costs, if incurred by PONZIRACING.
    The 12-month guarantee pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products with defects, provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation. The above guarantee is reserved for private consumers (individuals who buy goods for purposes not related to their professional activities, or who make the purchase without providing a VAT number on the order form). In the event of a non-conformity , PonziRacing shall, without any charge to the Customer, restore the product to conformity through repair/replacement or by discounting the price, up to the termination of the contract. If, following intervention by an Authorised Service Centre, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, the Customer will be charged for any inspection and restoration costs requested from the Authorised Service, as well as transport costs if incurred by PonziRacing.
  • Replacements in the event of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) are made only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The time required to replace or repair the product depends solely on the manufacturer’s policies.
  • In the event that, for whatever reason, PonziRacing is unable to return a product under guarantee (restored or replaced) to a customer, It may proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the goods or its replacement with a product of equal or superior features.
  • The time required to repair or replace the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer’s policies and no compensation for damages can be requested from PonziRacing for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
  • In cases where the application of the guarantee requires the return of the product, goods must be returned by the Customer in their original packaging, complete in all itheir parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. …); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it within a second box; in all cases the affixing of labels or stickers directly on to the original product packaging must be avoided.
    The Customer will be provided with the number of the Return Material Authorization (RMA), that must be apply outside of the package, by following the instructions provided directly in the relevant e-mail authorisation.
Conditions of returned products Pursuant to Articles 64 and ss of the Italian Legislative Decree 206/05., if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. an individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activities, or does not provide a VAT number in the order form to PONZIRACING.COM when making the purchase), he/she has the right to cancel the sales contract for any reason, without explanation and without incurring in any penalties, except as stated in the following points.
In order to exercise the above right, customers must submit the request, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to PONZIRACING.COM. The request shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, addressed to

sent within 48 hours. Once we have received the aforementioned notice of cancellation, Customer Service of PONZIRACING.COM will quickly provide the customer with instructions on how to return items, by assigning them a unique code of RMA (Return Material Authorization) for return of goods, which must reach PonziRacing within 10 days from the authorization. Goods must be returned intact, unused, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (mailing bags and packaging), in compliance with the conditions of the following points.
  • The right to cancellation is nevertheless subject to the following conditions:
    • the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased; (es.: accessories, installation components, ecc...);
    • purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete with all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and any accessories); in order to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box, on which can be affixed the label provided by PonziRacing bearing the RMA number;in all cases the affixing of labels or stickers directly on the product’s original packaging must be avoided;
    • shipping costs related to returns of goods will be borne by the customer;
    • the shipment, up to the confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
    • in the event goods are damaged during transport, PONZIRACING.COM will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to enable the latter to file a timely complaint against the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the goods’ value (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal;
    • PonziRacing is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
    • upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. Should the original packaging and/or package be damaged, PonziRacing will deduct from the reimbursement due a percentage, up to a maximum of 10% of the latter, as a contribution to repair costs.
  • Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, PonziRacing is to reimburse the customer the amount paid for the purchase of goods, within 14 days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses, by refunding the amount charged by Bank Transfer or opening a credit to scale for subsequent purchases. It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details in order to obtain the refund (IBAN number and invoice recipient’s bank details).
  • Cancellation rights will not apply if goods are not intact (packaging and/or their contents), in cases where PonziRacing ascertains:
    • the non-diligent use of the asset that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables related to the product;
    • the lack of outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
    • missing product parts (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
    • damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the event the right to cancellation does not apply, goods will remain at the headquarters of PonziRacing, at the Customer’s disposal for collection at the latter’s expense.
